The Wesbell Group completes acquisition of Advanced Tower Services

The Wesbell Group of Companies Inc., provider of services to the telecommunications industry through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Wesbell Technologies Inc., has completed its acquisition of Advanced Tower Services.
“Today begins the next chapter in the evolution of The Wesbell Group,” said Nick Mazze, president and chief executive officer of The Wesbell Group of Companies. “This acquisition immediately allows Wesbell to offer complete turnkey solutions to the communications industry across North America, the Caribbean and Latin America. In particular, Wesbell can now construct, supply, install and manage all aspects of a variety of tower construction projects internally.”
The Wesbell Group of Companies provides a wide range of services to the communications industry including wireless construction, engineering, installation, electrical contracting services, network integration, investment recovery and recycling, along with a full suite of transportation, warehousing and logistics services offerings to all industry types.
“Advanced Towers’ field technicians will be merged into Wesbell Technologies’ current workforce and the tower construction plant will operate as Advanced Towers. The combination of the two groups, working together, will solidify Wesbell as a strategic vendor in the markets in which we operate.” added Patrick DeBourke, vice president of Wesbell Technologies.
Advanced Tower Services, based in Milverton, Ontario, has manufactured, designed and built more than 6,000 broadcast, two-way, cellular, railroad, government, wi-fi, microwave, SCADA, military and private purpose towers and network systems across North America.
