PUCO has directed Central Railroad of Indiana to upgrade eight-inch flashing lights to 12-inch LED flashing lights at the Anderson Ferry (524-823S) grade crossing in the city of Cincinnati, Hamilton County. The railroad will be responsible for completing construction of the upgrade by Dec. 19, 2013. Funding for this project will be shared by the railroad and the PUCO.
