Patriot Rail adds Schultz to management team

Patriot Rail Corp. hired James Schultz to its management team as executive vice president and chief administrative officer. Schultz will be responsible for all rail-related administrative functions and will assist the CEO in providing overall daily organizational governance of the company.

Schultz joins Patriot Rail with more than 40 years of transportation industry leadership experience, including as vice president and chief safety officer at CSX. He has held high-level management roles at several companies, including Procter and Gamble, Waste Management, CIH Capital Partners and Brimstone Consulting Group. Schultz also served in the United States Federal Senior Executive Service as the former rail safety enforcement executive for the U.S. Department of Transportation / Federal Railroad Administration. He started his rail career in field operations at the former Chicago and North Western Railway.
