RailAmerica, Inc., completed its acquisition of a 70-percent interest in the Wellsboro and Corning Railroad and Industrial Waste Group from Myles Group for approximately $18 million.
RailAmerica, Inc. owns and operates shortline and regional freight railroads in North America, operating a portfolio of 44 individual railroads with approximately 7,400 miles of track in 28 U.S. states and three Canadian provinces.
