Colo Railroad Builders appoints new CEO

Colo Railroad Builders, a provider of railroad construction and maintenance services to industrial, Class 1 and shortline railroads, appointed Paul Treangen as chief executive officer. Treangen formerly worked as senior executive at Cedar Rapids and Iowa City Railway Company Railroad and at Alliant Energy Transportation for more than 20 years.
