According to Matheussen, "It is important to us to hear the public's input before plans are finalized. The open house format will allow those who are interested to view the plans in detail and speak directly with the public, officials and community organizations about the proposed project."
The Delaware River Port Authority is a regional transportation agency. DRPA owns and operates the Benjamin Franklin, Walt Whitman, Commodore Barry and Betsy Ross Bridges, PATCO and the Philadelphia Cruise Terminal. The DRPA also owns the RiverLink Ferry.
