KCS appoints Cline VP and treasurer

Kansas City Southern has appointed Michael Cline to vice president and treasurer, replacing Senior Vice President of Finance and Treasurer Paul Weyandt, who retired this summer. Cline has worked in finance for 28 years. He joins KCS from Great Plains Energy, where he spent 10 years, most recently as vice president of investor relations and treasurer.
