RailWorks promotes two in its Track Group

RailWorks Corporation promoted Scott Brace to president of its subsidiary, RailWorks Track Systems, Inc., and William King to vice president of the major projects division of RailWorks Track Systems.

Brace, formerly executive vice
president of RailWorks Track Systems, has nearly 35 years’ track construction
industry experience. Brace, who is based in RailWorks’ Lakeville, Minn. office,
is an active participant in the track construction industry, including past
service as chairman of the National Railroad Construction and Maintenance
Association. In his new position, Brace will be responsible for more than a
dozen branch operations and project offices in the United States that provide
new track construction, maintenance and rehabilitation operations as well as
production, bridge and transit construction and maintenance services.

King, who reports to Brace
is based in RailWorks’ office in Sewell, N.J., and has more than 27 years of
industry experience. Under King’s direction, the major products division has
completed a number of highly visible projects, most recently Philadelphia’s
SEPTA Market Street rehabilitation projects and the automated people mover
system at Washington Dulles International Airport.
