Seneca Group LLC has been awarded a contract by the United States Trade and Development Agency to perform a Definitional Mission to Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan to work with government officials to develop projects in the railway sector that will generate U.S. exports.

The Seneca team will be
meeting with officials from ADY (Azeri Railways) and KTZ (Kazakhstan Railways)
in June of this year. U.S. firms interested in entering these markets or
expanding their existing markets in these countries are encouraged to contact
Seneca to discuss how they can participate in and benefit from the DM and other
USTDA activities.

Electric traction power
systems, procurement and rehabilitation of diesel motive power, signaling and
communications systems, infrastructure maintenance and construction equipment,
intermodal equipment and information technology systems are among the project
areas that this DM will explore. ADY and KTZ anticipate making capital
investments of several billion dollars over the medium term in the railways
sector.
