L.B. Foster has begun delivery of new rail, trackwork turnouts, contact rail, cover boards, insulator assemblies and bonded insulated joints to SEPTA yards in Philadelphia. The Fern Rock Yard Track Renewal Project is completely funded by The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
