HDR has named two directors to its transportation group.

HDR promoted Charlie O’Reilly to director of the company’s transportation group. He succeeds Eric Keen, who was promoted to president of HDR Engineering, Inc. O’Reilly, an executive vice president with the firm, is based in Boston and previously served as transportation director for the East region. His 33 years of experience includes a focus on international markets and alternative delivery, as well as experience as an owner.

Replacing O’Reilly as East Region transportation director is Eli Khoury. A senior vice president with the firm, Khoury has nearly 30 years of experience leading major transportation projects including rail and transit. Khoury is based in New York City and serves on the board of directors for the American Council of Engineering Companies’ New York chapter and chairs the NYCDOT committee.
