Wilcock, a 29-year transportation industry professional, has extensive project and program management experience, particularly in rail and transit planning, design, construction and project implementation. The scope of his R&T background encompasses both project and program administration and transportation operations. Wilcock will operate from Baker's Norwood, Mass., office location.
