“The list of teams selected to participate in the procurement process for Package B represent some of the most highly qualified, world-recognized construction companies in the industry,” said Pat Nowakowski, executive director for the Dulles Corridor Metrorail Project.

Additional procurement process steps for Package B will include the submission of a technical plan and pricing. The award of Package B, which is expected to cost between $260 million and $280 million, will be made to the team submitting the lowest priced proposal that meets technical qualifications.
