Colo Railroad Builders’ Texas Division hits safety milestone

Colo Railroad Builders' Texas Division has worked 1,000 days injury free.

Cene Cooley, vice president, Texas Division, said, “We are committed to a zero injury philosophy that embraces the well being of our employees and customers. We are very proud of our team.”

Michael Payne, director of health and safety added, “Getting to zero is just the first step; staying there will take daily focus and teamwork. We have a proven team that is up to the challenge.”

The company also recently appointed Conrad McMillin to director of operations, Chicago Division.

Most recently, he served as director of engineering for Hulcher Services in St Louis, Mo. Previous positions included management roles with RailWorks, Balfour Beatty Rail, Inc., and Lonestar Railroad Contractors.
