Aspen Equipment has added a new service branch in Davenport, Iowa, as well as a technical staff to operate it.

The company says it will offer field and bay services for construction equipment at the new branch. Aspen says the “seasoned technicians” will service a range of construction equipment including cranes, air compressors, hi-rail trucks, aerials, lifts, snow and ice control equipment and more.

“We now offer field service, mobile parts, on-going maintenance and bay services to Davenport customers,” said Tom Cherne, senior vice president and chief operating officer for Aspen. “With one easy phone call, customers can schedule service for all of their equipment including: hydraulic truck service, OSHA/ANSI testing, welding, on-going maintenance and much more. We have assembled an experienced service team, recruiting from the best the industry has to offer, as it’s the people who make our business strong.”

The company says it recruited Jerry Rex as the Davenport branch manager based on his background and reputation gained selling and servicing heavy hitters in the construction segments of the service industry.

Rex says that he’s hired two service technicians, Heath Reed and Ryan Norin, that “excel in versatility.”

“Together we bring a combined 70 years of hands-on experience servicing light and heavy equipment such as cranes, excavators, demolition and road construction trucks, air compressors, skid steers, motor homes—nearly any type of equipment,” said Rex.
