Colo names Cooley VP operations, Texas Division

Colo Railroad Builders appointed Cene Cooley as vice president of operations in Texas.
Paul Treangen, CEO of L.A. Colo, LLC, said, “We are excited about the strong background and skills Cene brings to Colo Railroad Builders. His 20-plus years of experience in railroad construction and operations will help us grow and continue our focus on safety, integrity and excellence.”
Most recently, he served as the chief engineer Gulf Region for Watco Companies. He also has experience with Colo as director of operations and safety, Balfour Beatty Rail Inc, RailWorks and Kyle Railways/States Rail Inc.
