Crouch names new VP

Crouch Engineering is expanding, starting with the creation of new departments and a restructuring of its management. The company named Richard Brann as vice president and general manager. Harvey Crouch, founder of Crouch Engineering, will continue his responsibilities as president and CEO, as well as manager of business development.

Brann joins the team at Crouch after 28 years with Lhoist North America/Franklin Industrial Minerals, where he most recently served as the managing director and vice president of the Eastern Region.

Crouch has experience in doing track design for Class 1s, shortlines, commuter and passenger rail design and construction project management and is based out of Brentwood, Tenn.
