As CMO, Hricak is responsible for coordinating and elevating the work of marketing and proposal management personnel from the firm's more than 60 regional offices. She leads the development of strategies for penetrating target markets, market research, competitive intelligence, strategic marketing planning and marketing campaigns. She also continues to serve as manager of the firm's National Marketing and Business Development Practice, in which she ensures best marketing practices, develops standards for marketing literature and proposals and preserves the integrity of the Gannett Fleming Brand.
