Holland LP’s MOW Group undergoes organizational changes

Holland LP made organizational changes within its MOW division, which the company says was needed in orderto achieve the growth needed to reach established company goals.

 

With this in mind, Holland promoted Dick Morris to senior director operations – U.S. & Mexico Welding Group. In his new role, Morris will be responsible for all welding operations, including fixed plants in the U.S. and Mexico.

Jeff Hajkowicz has been promoted to senior director – Welding Equipment, Technology and Training. In his new role, Hajkowicz will have responsibility for mobile welder fleet maintenance, upgrades and overhauls, as well as responsibility for product improvement, welding technology advancement and training for North America.

Kevin Piefer has been promoted to senior director operations – Canada Welding Group. In his new role, Piefer will be responsible for all welding
operations in Canada.

Mike Hakenjos has been promoted to continuous improvement manager – MOW Product Group. In his new role, Hakenjos will have responsibility for working with all the MOW Divisions identifying, quantifying and implementing improvements to processes and procedures. In addition, he will retain his responsibilities as the Welding Group business manager.
