Holland makes organizational changes

Holland LP has made four personnel changes within the organization. The growth needed in order to reach its company goals requires a strong focus and an integrated approach, the company says.

 

Kevin Flaherty has been promoted to executive vice president MOW business. In this capacity he will be responsible for all of Holland’s maintenance-of-way business activities, including sales, operations and product/service development for the Welding, Track Measurement/Testing and Track Maintenance/Construction groups.

Len O’Kray has been promoted to executive vice president mechanical business. O’Kray will continue to be responsible for all mechanical business activities, including sales, operations and product/service development for Railcar Products, Railcar & Locomotive Services and Transloading.

Randy Haberman will be promoted to vice president Holland Equipment Division. In this role Haberman will be responsible for the design and production of all equipment including internal builds and equipment for outside customers. He will assume responsibility for the company’s International Business Division.

Frank Francis will be promoted to vice president finance. Francis has been at Holland since 2000 and has overseen all financial related activities including the development of its accounting department staff.
