JLP names director of technical services and business development

J.L. Patterson & Associates, Inc. (JLP), hired James Faber, PE, as director of technical services and business development.

A registered civil engineer with 29 years of experience, Faber has worked in the areas of highway, bridge, railroad design, construction and project management. Throughout the past 15 years, he has managed and delivered a dozen railroad grade-separation projects, while also gaining experience working on California Department of Transportation projects in Districts 7, 8 and 12.

“Mr. Faber’s knowledge of grade-separation projects allows our firm to expand the breadth and depth of the services we can offer to our clients,” said JLP President Jacqueline Patterson.
