In his new position, Skoutelas will provide leadership and strategic direction to the TEC with a focus on growing the firm's transit and rail business, enhancing marketing capabilities and strengthening client relationships. He will continue to serve as the firm's transit and rail market leader with responsibility for strategic and tactical advice to Parsons Brinckerhoff's clients on transit issues within the Americas.
