Atlantic Track & Turnout VP retires

After 35 years in the railroad industry and 23 years of service with Atlantic Track & Turnout Co., Vice President William Roan, Jr., has decided to retire.

 

Roan began his railroad career as a sales representative for L.B. Foster in Somerset, N.J. In 1993, he joined Atlantic Track & Turnout Co. in Bloomfield, N.J. His experience in transit sales allowed for the creation of Atlantic Track’s Transit Division. Roan was manager of the Transit Division for more than 20 years and was also president of MRT Track & Services Co., a joint venture with Thyssen Krupp of Germany, for six years. In 2015, he was promoted to his current position as vice president.

Additionally, Paul Schuler, who has been with the company since 2011, has been promoted to manager-Transit Division for Atlantic Track & Turnout Co.
