Carlo Patrick to join Herzog Services, Inc.

Carlo Patrick will join Herzog Services, Inc., as vice president effective March 21, 2016.

Patrick has served as staff director, Rail and Infrastructure Integrity Division, Office of Railroad Safety, Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) and will be retiring from this position on March 19.

FRA’s Rail and Infrastructure Integrity Division promotes an understanding of and compliance with federal standards concerning rail maintenance and bridge management. The division aims to prevent accidents and casualties in rail operations that result from rail and structure degradation, as well as provide technical expertise and direction in the execution and administration of rail safety programs to ensure maximum safety in railroad operations relevant to rail inspection technology, rail inspection programs, bridge inspection and maintenance, and bridge management programs.

Herzog Services, Inc., provides rail-flaw detection services throughout North America using nondestructive ultrasonic detection technology.
