RTA’s annual conference set to take over Tahoe area

The Railway Tie Association is gearing up for the 95th Annual Symposium and Technical Conference, Oct. 8-11, 2013 in Lake Tahoe, NV.

This year’s conference will feature several forums covering the market from the perspectives of shortline and regional railroads, Class 1 engineering departments and railroad contractors. In addition, the conference will discuss purchasing decisions, research initiatives, the current economic climate and the railroads’ role in Washington, D.C.
