Metrolink will be canceling its 11 p.m. special late-night service on the Antelope Valley and Ventura County lines due to a low ridership of less than 140 people. Late-night trains to San Bernardino will continue as part of Metrolink's regular schedule. "It is not a prudent use of tax dollars or in the best interest of air quality to operate an empty train," said Metrolink Board Chair Richard Katz.
