After weeks of anticipation and frustration, Congress has finally reached agreement on a stimulus, or relief, bill for $908 billion according to the Washington Post. The bill includes a total of $45 billion for transportation needs, and, according to the Post, here are some key recipients:

  • Airlines—$15 billion
  • Transit—$14 billion
  • Airports and airport vendors: $2 billion
  • Intercity bus industry: $2 billion
  • Amtrak: $1 billion
