On May 19 the Foothill Gold Line Construction Authority used a zoom call to update those interested on the progress of the light-rail extension from Glendora to Pomona, Calif.

The 9.1-mile Foothill Gold Line light-rail extension is about 33% complete. Construction started in 2020 and is expected to be complete in 2025. There will be stations at Glendora, San Dimas, La Verne, and Pomona.

Work is being done on grade crossings, bridges over waterways, the relocation of existing freight rail tracks and on a pedestrian undercrossing at Glendora Station.
