Our video of the week takes us overseas again. In the London area, dynamic testing of Crossrail’s signaling and train control systems resumed this week, with Crossrail achieving its latest testing milestone by operating a Class 345 train into Plumstead sidings for the first time.

The Stacy and Witbeck, Inc. team is completing hundreds of feet of track daily on the Pikes Peak Cog Railway project.

Ongoing cleaning and maintenance work in the downtown tunnel of the Confederation Line in Ottawa, Canada.

Green Line Extension crews in Boston demolished the last section of the old Lechmere Viaduct.

Work continues on Sound Transit’s Lynnwood Link Light Rail Extension project. In June, crews received and set the first 30 of 250 girders, weighing up to 220,000 lb.
