TekTracking LLC, a railroad asset management technology development company, today announced that The Belt Railway has selected TIMPS to manage their track inspection, maintenance, and scheduling activities.

Gregory Fogarty, TekTracking CEO says,  “We are thrilled to be selected by the team at BRC, this new system will allow the Railroad to manage the complete workflow from issue generation to workorder and remediation. TIMPS is just one in a series of mobile tools that we have released for Railroad Asset Management, we are excited that the industry is headed in this direction.”

TekTracking’s Track Inspection, Maintenance, Planning and Scheduling Software (TIMPS) revolutionizes all aspects of track maintenance. It augments the railroads current track and roadbed inspection process while providing digitized inspection and maintenance reports to support failure trend analysis analytics. TIMPS accelerates the manual processes and adds to the efficiency, worker safety, and accuracy of track maintenance while ensuring all inspections occur per the frequency prescribed by the railroad and FRA Part 213 requirements.
