ORANGE COUNTY – As OCTA and Metrolink work to address a stretch of the rail line after a landslide in January, it seeks longer-term solutions for protecting the rail right of way.
NEW YORK CITY – On February 27th, the MTA announced the Tremont Av B D Station located in the Bronx is the second subway station to become ADA-accessible this year.
SAN CLEMENTE – Two large rigs began drilling so steel beams can be placed 30 feet underground to support the catchment wall in San Clemente.

NEW YORK CITY – Purdy’s Station is the third station this year to be made fully accessible for Metro-North. It joins two other stations on the Harlem Line that have received upgrades this year.
ATLANTA – MARTA will start work on March 13th to replace its north pedestrian bridge. Once the new bridge reopens in October, work will start on the south bridge.
HARRISON, N.J. – Port Authority New York and New Jersey reports the Harrison Station on the PATH commuter rail is now open after renovations.
NEW YORK CITY – From March 9th to March 18th, MTA crews will perform accessibility and track upgrades to its subway lines, including Queensboro Plaza.
BOSTON – The MBTA reports it completed track work along its Red Line between February 5th to February 14th, allowing them to remove 8 speed restrictions.
TORONTO – Starting February 18th, the TTC, along with the City of Toronto, will begin work along King St. W.
DENVER – Since January 2023, the station was closed for a thorough cleaning and replacement of ductwork after methamphetamine residue was found.
WASHINGTON, D.C. – Over the next three years, WMATA will complete track work that includes station closures on its Red Line starting this summer.
