Changes to ENSCO executive leadership

Visioning Sessions ENSCO, Inc., made significant changes to its executive leadership team. Gregory B. Young has assumed the role of ENSCO's President and Chief Executive Officer, effective June 17. Young leads strategic direction and all company operations including financial management and performance, business planning and execution, research and development, and corporate and operating division oversight. He brings significant experience to his position through a 29-year association with the company. Young served as ENSCO's president from 1994-2006 and as a member of the Board of Directors.

Paul W. Broome has been
elevated to the role of Executive Chairman of the Board, effective June 17. He
will continue to guide strategic planning, technology development and vision
and values for the company in this new position. Broome has been a member of
ENSCO’s Board of Directors since 1990, serving as the company’s Chief Executive
Officer and Chairman of the Board from 1997 until 2010.

David P. Macaluso has been
promoted to Vice President of Contracts. Since joining the company in 2009, Macaluso
has been instrumental in shaping the company’s contracting organization. This
includes driving improved processes and organizational strategy, as well as
effective customer relations.
