Indra’s DaVinci System receives IBM Beacon Award

Indra, an IT company in Spain and IT multinational in Europe and the Americas, received the IBM Beacon Award for the Best Industry Solution in the Travel and Transportation category, at a ceremony organized by IBM. The award recognizes the effort of the company in creating a highly innovative solution, the DaVinci platform, and reaffirms the solution as an international benchmark in the railway transportation sector. The DaVinci system permits the complete integration of all the operation and control elements of a railway network, the integrated management of several railway lines in addition to facilitating the automation of the network. In its core IBM's technology is utilized, among others.
