Rocla Concrete Tie, Inc., supplier of pre-stressed concrete ties has made a number of management changes that the company says will provide customer-centric support and operational oversight to its new facilities and subsidiaries.

“We are fortunate to have seen a steady growth in our U.S. business through our Class 1 partners while also earning the trust of long-term clients in Mexico and Brazil through our subsidiary companies there,” said Peter Urquhart, president and chief executive officer. This new management structure will allow our strong leadership to continue to improve our profitability while also continuing to exceed our customers’ expectations.”

Eliseo Bandala will assume the new role of executive vice president. In this position, he will continue to report to Urquhart and will provide commercial and operational oversight to Rocla’s domestic business, as well as the company’s subsidiaries RocBra (Brazil) and RCTI de Mexico.

Rusty Croley, vice president engineering services, will assume responsibility for all expansion capital projects, design of products and process engineering support to the existing operations.

Brett Urquhart, vice president business development, will oversee commercial contracts and sales-related matters.

Urquhart added, “Additionally, in order to accommodate our growth, we have added Zach Hansen, national sales representative and Dana Head, project manager, to our sales team to ensure that we are remaining focused on the industrial and transit market while keeping up with our Class 1 volume commitments.”
