Colo wins South Dakota Wheat Growers contract PDF Print E-mail

Colo Railroad Builders was awarded the contract to build a railroad track expansion project for South Dakota Wheat Growers in Roscoe, S.D.


 

The project entails the installation of 12,700 feet of rail, four turnouts, and a new road crossing, expanding the siding in Roscoe, S.D., providing efficient access for South Dakota Wheat Growers to the BNSF railroad.

Founded in 1979, Colo is a national provider of railroad construction services for shortline, Class 1 railroads and industrial companies, with offices in Brownsville and Laredo, Texas; Wichita, Kan.; and Geneseo and Chicago, Ill. Colo is a privately held by Iron Rail Group, LLC of Nashville, Tenn.
