The National Railway Construction and Maintenance Association is scheduling a legal seminar, "Managing Risk and Minimizing Claims during Railroad Construction" on January 5, 2001, just prior to NRC's 2011 annual conference.

Larry Laurello of Delta Railroad Construction, T. H. Lyda and Chad Wissinger of Burns White LLC and John Zuspan of Track Guy Consultants will present the seminar 2-4 p.m. Wednesday, January 5 at the Marriott Harbor Beach Resort in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.
