Joe McGee has been named vice president and general manager at RailWorks Signals & Communications, Inc. He is responsible for all of the company's S&C operations throughout the United States. McGee is a United States Air Force veteran with more than 30 years of industry experience. He most recently served as a senior project manager with Balfour Beatty Rail, Inc.

Chris Hudson was appointed regional manager for the Eastern Division of PNR RailWorks Inc., RailWorks' operating subsidiary in Canada. Based in Guelph, Ontario, Hudson is responsible for all track construction operations in Ontario. He formerly held a senior leadership position with Aecon Utilities, a utility contractor providing construction services throughout Ontario.

John Leonardo was appointed vice President, business development for PNR RailWorks. Based in Guelph, Ontario, he is responsible for business development throughout Canada. Leonardo most recently worked with Hatch Mott MacDonald, a transportation engineering firm, where he was responsible for business development and training for the Canadian rail systems engineering group.
