RTD Begins Construction on Two 15th Street Intersections in Downtown Denver

DENVER – RTD has begun construction on two 15th Street intersections in Denver as part of its downtown light rail reconstruction project.
RTD announced once construction on 15th Street is completed, it will begin work on 17th Street and reconstruct the intersections at California and Stout Streets over a period of three weeks. More information for riders regarding Free MallRide service during this period of reconstruction work can be found on the RTD website.
The project aims to improve five intersections in downtown Denver that impact the D, H, and L light rai lines. This comes as part of a complete reconstruction of the Downtown Loop segment of the light rail track.
