Delta Railroad Services Expands to East Coast With Headquarters in New York

NEW YORK CITY - Delta Railroad Services has expanded its East Coast footprint with offices in New York City.
According to the release from Delta Railroad Services, its East Coast Headquarters in Queens, New York is now open. Located at 75-20 Astoria Blvd. Suite 120 E. Elmhurst, NY, it is “centrally located to several of its ongoing rail and transit projects.” The construction and equipment rental company’s headquarters are in Ashtabula, Ohio, and the East Coast Headquarters in New York allows the company to focus on new construction, maintenance, and repairs to reduce congestion in New York City.
Some of the 25+ projects Delta Railroad Services has worked on in New York City for the last two decades include the Culver Line, Queens Boulevard, Staten Island, Long Island Railroad, NJ Transit, and the East River Tunnel (in 2025). Additionally, Delta Railroad Services was awarded more than $200 million in contracts in the New York City area.
At a ribbon-cutting ceremony held on Wednesday, October 23, 2024, CEO Linda Laurello and Board Chairman Larry Laurello celebrated the expansion to the East Coast. According to the release and corresponding Facebook post, they were joined by more than 50 attendees, some of whom include Intesa Sanpaolo, The Queens Chamber of Commerce, American Global, and Jacobs Engineering Group.
Delta Railroad Services CEO Linda Laurello said, “I am proud to share the exciting news of the opening of our new offices here on the East Coast. . . Thanks to the great work by our internal team and excellent partners, this expansion affirms our 67+ years of dedication to serving the growing railroad infrastructure needs in the U.S. and throughout North America – and 20+ on the East Coast.”
