BETHESDA, Md. - In a video, Maryland Purple Line Senior Project Director Ray Biggs II provides a progress update on the Purple Line project.
The 5-minute video can be watched below:
Along the 16-mile new alignment from New Carrollton in Price George’s County to Bethesda in Montgomery County, construction continues to advance, according to the video. Service is expected to begin in 2027.
