Timothy Hurley Joins STV

NEW YORK CITY - STV announced Timothy Hurley joined as vice president of resident engineering and inspection/program management consulting (REI/PMC) operations, focusing construction delivery.
According to the press release, Hurley brings with him 26 years of experience “in transportation construction spanning highway, bridge, and other infrastructure construction projects.” As part of his experience, he has worked on the MTA Long Island Rail Road’s Van Wyck Expressway. Hurley also holds a BS in civil engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and has been certified by the Design Build Institute of America. Additionally, he holds a professional engineering license in New York.
Senior vice president and New York metro area manager at STV, Peter Pappas, PE, said, “Tim’s proven track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects and his deep relationships with local transportation agencies make him an invaluable addition to our team. . . His leadership will be instrumental in driving our growth strategy and strengthening STV’s construction management capabilities on major infrastructure projects throughout New York.”
STV has provided engineering design and program management and construction support in projects including the Gateway Program Hudson River Tunnel, Second Avenue Subway Phase II, Newark Liberty International Airport Terminal A and Portal North Bridge replacement.
