STV Promotions

PHILADELPHIA, Penn. – STV, a leading professional services firm that plans, designs and manages infrastructure projects across North America, this week announced Benjamin Crawford, PE, has been promoted to vice president. In this role, Crawford will continue to serve as STV’s chief engineer of Overhead Contact Systems (OCS) design. The firm also announced that Chris Hertz, PE, PMP, has been promoted to head of its national rail and transit systems practice.
