STV Acquires Cypress Construction Management, LLC

SACRAMENTO - STV, a North American professional services firm that specializes in designing and managing infrastructure projects, has acquired Cypress Construction Management, LLC.
Cypress Construction Management, LLC is a construction management firm located in Sacramento that is “recognized for its expertise in design-build delivery and for leading transformative projects in education, healthcare, justice and public facilities.” With the acquisition, it will now be known as Cypress Construction Management, an STV Company. Recent projects include Sierra College’s capital improvement program, Orange County Justice center in Santa Ana, and the Resources Building Renovation located in Sacramento.
STV’s program management/construction management (PM/CM) group includes more than 600 program managers, construction managers, and project controls specialists and experts who work to deliver projects. STV’s PM/CM services have been utilized in both public and private sectors for projects that include the Seattle Center Monorail Station Upgrades and Delta Air Lines Terminal C at LaGuardia Airport. STV’s engineering and design services for commuter rail include the Sound Transit East Link and Northgate Link Extensions Systems Construction and LA Metro Purple Line Extension Section 2 and Section 3.
