SACRAMENTO - California High-Speed Rail Authority has issued a Request for Qualifications for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ).
The RFQ seeks Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from firms to provide Architectural and Engineering (A&E) services on a task order basis, according to the RFQ. An A&E IDIQ will be awarded to three “pools of businesses,” says CHSRA. The first will be a minor works pool comprised of small businesses. The second is an intermediate pool for moderate-sized firms. The third is a major works pool comprised of “prime consultants” whose annual gross receipts are equal to or more than $150 million.
