Amtrak completes Delaware third track project
Amtrak, the Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) and the Delaware Transit Corporation (DTC) recently completed a $71.2 million project to increase capacity between Wilmington and Newark, Del. on the Northeast Corridor. This
