RailWorks Corporation promoted Gordon Strilchuk to vice president of signals & communications at its Canadian subsidiary PNR RailWorks Inc., Canada's largest railway contractor. Strilchuk, who leads PNR RailWorks' Signals & Communication division, has more than 35 years of rail system signals and communications experience. He is based in Guelph, Ontario, and reports to Jamey Craig, president of PNR RailWorks.

After
more than 30 years with Canadian National Railway, Strilchuk joined PNR
RailWorks in 2004 to develop its signals and communications division. Under
Strilchuk’s leadership, PNR RailWorks has provided signal system construction
and maintenance services for Canada’s Class 1 and shortline railroads, as well
as commuter and LRT transit systems. Recent installation projects include GO
