Watco names VP project management

Paul Leonards has accepted the position of vice president of project management of Watco Companies. Leonards will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction performed on projects, enforcing all safety rules and guidelines, regulations and quality control. Leonards has more than 22 years of experience in project management and 12 years in con¬struction management. He has been with Hill Brothers since 1988 where he started out as a project engineer and worked his way up to vice president. He has also served as the general railroad construction manager having involvement with all railroad projects contracted with Canadian National and Kansas City Southern.
