Lor to manage rail projects for WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff

WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff has hired Rik Lor, who will manage the delivery of rail projects as a senior engineering manager in its transit and rail technical excellence center.
Lor, who is based in the firm’s San Francisco office, has experience in public transportation project delivery, including oversight of budget, procurement, contracts, design and construction, as well as coordination with local and federal governmental agencies.
Prior to joining WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff, he was a deputy project manager at the Regional Transportation District in Denver, Colo., responsible for managing the agency’s Eagle P3 project and North Metro Rail project.
