Freightwaves is reporting that the purchase of the Genesee & Wyoming by affiliates of GIC and Brookfield Infrastructure is now complete.
Genesee & Wyoming’s Chief Executive Officer, Jack Hellman, said “this transaction is an excellent outcome for all G&W stakeholders.
