Call for Nominations: RT&S Engineers Under 40

ATLANTA - The nomination window for RT&S' annual Engineers Under 40 awards is now open.
Our April issue will feature top Engineers under 40 based on peer nominations. This award was previously known as RT&S 10 Under 40. The feature will look at engineers under 40 who have made an impact in their respective fields or within their company.
To be eligible, nominees must be located within the United States, Mexico, and/or Canada and be under the age of 40 as of January 1, 2026. Individuals can nominate themselves, and there is no entry fee. There is no limit to the number of entries that any individual can submit.
RT&S editors will assess each nomination and select those based on the following criteria: industry experience and education, leadership skills, and industry contributions.
The deadline to submit is March 5, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. PST
